Common questions
Can you work where a large excavator can't fit?
Jenko's uses a 1.7 tonne mini excavator and a Dingo mini loader for suitable tight-access work. Final suitability depends on measured access, slope, ground and a safe route into the site.
Do you dig trenches and post holes?
Yes. Trenching and post-hole boring are available subject to access, ground conditions, underground service checks and the agreed scope.
What should I have ready when I call?
Have the property location, work required, approximate size, access width, terrain and a few recent photos ready. Underground services and site risks must also be identified before digging.
Are you insured and ABN registered?
Yes. Jenko's is fully insured and ABN registered. Current documentation can be discussed where relevant to the job.
